I’m not schooled in cognitive impairment but my opinion is that they are not equally impaired. Biden’s is obvious but perhaps it is more a physical inability to get his thoughts expressed. Trump, however, has no obvious or consistent problem getting his thoughts out. His problem is that his thoughts are asinine most of the time and he doesn’t comprehend that he needs to just shut up more often.
