Not sure what it means to him, but I had to set my daughters straight about a year ago when my then 13 year old son was flexing in front of a living room mirror saying "boys are stronger then girls". His older sisters scolded him about his toxic masculinity. Lol. I informed them that newly formed levels of teenage testosterone are not the same as toxic masculinity. I did remind him that his sisters are both lifelong accomplished dancers. (One is an instructor and the other minors in college)...i had to explain the amount of strength and athleticism they possess to get to where they are. Toxic masculinity is a problem, but most people have missed the mark on what it is. It's true impact and value is watered down from overuse like other very important buzzwords/phrases like bigot and racist.

Why has more to do with just “abortion.” Young right wing men moving in circles that are calling more and more for repealing the 19th Amendment. Real or not, the Taters and their legion of undersexed basement dwellers actually seem to increasingly think this or at minimum think it’s hilarious trolling. It’s even seeming to gain traction among Christian nationalist leaders. My niece encountered one of these losers on a date. She left his ass at the table once he started spewing nonsense. It’s almost like trolling makes someone look less attractive? The proclivity for the same demographics to blame women for their sexual repression rather than their own poor, petulant behavior. See the body of Men’s Rights Activists, Pick-up Artists, and other groups of manchildren who are popular in male influencer circles. Sense of entitlement that being “nice” to women entitles an incel to sex. Gen Z women abandoning Abrahamic myths where men seem to be increasingly drawn to them, especially far-right evangelical Christianity. I don’t know. I figure that treating women like humans deserving of all the respect and dignity that those of us with external gonads think we are entitled to would help matters. Many young women honestly feel like conservative men view them as deserving lesser rights. Their behavior seems to support this assertion.
Re your last sentence. Curious what your or a young woman’s definition is of a conservative man? Pretty broad term.
How can a liberal engage in a discussion of liberal women versus conservative women ….. when they are unable define who is a woman?
