Wow...pretty sensitive topic apparently. There's an old saying, the truth hurts. Where have all the SEC titles gone lately? Why do players like Beason and Kelly leave when they were going to be key to our program AND end up st better places. Coach Wise is a great coach however the league is catching up quickly and some teams are already driving past us. Our system is vanilla and with not using the OH position like we did when Thayer and Carli were here, the last true OH players we had, we will have a difficult time recruiting more. Those players are the key to success. RS players like Kennedy take you over the top but can't be your bread and butter unless you have girls passing nails to the setter. I'm merely pointing out the truth here, not one to think everything is peachy when there are glaring issues. I also think an injection of the men's schemes are needed. Sometimes you have to be creative and what I see is changing players to merely do something different but the result really isn't going to change. I thought coach was going to do something I mentioned weeks ago, rothe at OH. That would be creative. If we have 2 capable middles AND we are not letting Hardin within 10 feet of serve receive than why not see what Rothe can do in that situation? That lasted like 3 serves then went right back to what we were doing. We will lots of games with the players and system we run, I just think we won't be competing for final 4 type matches because the burden of one player carrying this much load can be stopped by quality teams and as we have seen, when an OH in this format struggles there isn't anything that can be done because we haven't been focused on an all around skill set outside like Hall was.

Not true. When Mary retires, you folks can apply for the job. In the meantime, all negative all the time is a sign of poor communication skills which is likely why these guys are out of coaching.

Love reading these posts. I know even the critics likely love the Gators and want more. As someone close to Mary and the team, I am in a happy place.
    It’s all coming together.
    Stay tuned.
Mary will win a National Championship. And she will do it as a Gator.
After she does so, it’s my goal to keep her a Gator!!!

Where were all the complainers last year when Gators were #4 and Stuckey was healthy. Same coach same system. I agree with Ocala. I think CMW is fantastic.

No one said Mary stinks, but her offense is outdated. That’s a fact. You’re dreaming of a NC. She is a Gator treasure though, so enjoy her while we can. I’m out.

I don't know if there is another Gator program and coach that I'd celebrate more if she were to ever win the title. I believe she came in the year after Spurrier, correct? Legend..

They’re always around. Last year at this time, they were throwing fits about Walton and how he was an idiot for not signing enough pitchers.

Spurrier 1990, Wise 1992. That is two years, but who is counting? Still a Legend!

Yep, and it’s quite simple. Give a legend the tools to win it all and she will!!!

To me McKissock has been the MVP of this year's team. I know most would say Kennedy Martin (and she's been great), but McKissock's hustle, leadership and defensive effort game after game have inspired the rest of the team to neve give up.

Morgi was through with gymnastics after last year. They found her a job for her to stay here so Victoria would stay.
    I am glad about that.
I saw her Saturday with her camera and walking the sidelines.

Hosting. Closing on the road won't be easy, but it's win out to host time. It has been win out to host in the last 10 matches so nothing new.

If we win out I would be shocked if we didn’t host for a bunch of reasons, unless some teams around us all get some great wins.
