Baugh…that LOWLY THREE STAR/ FOUR STAR running back? Him? We hoped our transfer from Tulane, at running back, 230, could add some muscle and hustle. Not to be. I was talking to a Gator buddy this morning. We were very disappointed, shall we say, when Etienne moved on. Baugh is bigger and faster and has a little wiggle and he's two years younger. Disagree not see this coming.
I’ll stick by what I said after spring: the most remarkable thing about Baugh is that he is still very, very, very raw. He didn’t come in ready to play at his full potential the way that Etienne did. He’s a guy with more upside even than you’d expect of a promising true freshman.
Was at the 96 Club party yesterday with the HBC and he specifically talked about graham for 5 minutes. How he would take a kid giving up his body (and 80 pounds) to make that stop. of course Spurrier talked about DJ and Baugh as well, but he lit up talking about Graham.
Seems several position groups have good cores going forward. Man I hope the transfer portal is good to Billy. I sense an awful interesting summer and spring coming up! The youth movement Billy put in play is just starting to pay dividends, feeling pretty good about 25.
