LOL. Perhaps you forgot what you posted. In your first post you stated very clearly, "Life without parole should be an automatic death penalty" and later "Life in prison should be death. Period." I pointed out that there are many people with that sentence that simply violated our burglary statutes in specific ways. No injuries or deaths involved. People sentenced to life without parole under those laws should never be facing the possibility of execution. Thankfully, there is a US Constitution and Bill of Rights to protect people from your thought process. The Eighth Amendment prohibits cruel and unusual punishment. Similarly, even murderers aren't put to death "AUTOMATICALLY"...more pesky rights in that Bill of Rights thing.

The 'punk ass Judge" you referred to sentenced Ibarra to the maximum sentence he was allowed to impose. The "punk ass lawyer" who runs the district attorney's office in Athens made the decision not to seek the death penalty. That decision was uniquely hers under Georgia law.

Convenient that no stats on murder by illegal immigrants rates are ever mentioned. Must be that not one single American was killed by an illegal during Trump’s time in office…

There were, but Trump did something to try and combat that from happening. When It did happen he always called the families. Has Biden, Harris etc ever done that? Ol' Kamala couldn't even say she was sorry to them. she just said it was terrible. Um, Their Admin is the reason why so many more are raped and murdered because we had an open border.

Actually she did say she was sorry for them and what happened was terrible. She did so in her interview with Britt Baier.

I watched that interview and I don't remember her saying sorry at all. I will rewatch it, but we'll see.

Good to know Trump called and apologized to every family that lost a loved one to an illegal immigrant.
