Not much else he can say other than to spin it in a way 1-9 is a positive thing following 13-0.

 

FSU's record last year was 13-1. The fact that he is still trying to hide and deny that loss is telling.

While I loathe that program, I actually think Norvell is as good of a person as someone can be in that profession. The shenanigans appear in check there, so I hope he is successful enough to stay and change the culture for the better. I also want him to lose after every Thanksgiving.

 

I have a friend who knows a person whose son is a current FSU player and what I heard was that Norvell has completely lost the locker room. They believe he is still bitter and fixated on last year and can’t get over it and move on. From the sound of it things are pretty bad in Tally right now and it ought to be an easy win on November 30.

 

Throw out last year as an outlier and his record is 19-25. It would be 19-27 but for Covid. I say sign him to an extension to send a message to recruits.

Nobody wants us to blow those clowns out of their own stadium more than me, but it's a rivalry, and strange things happen in this game.
