People can list their tickets for sale through the ticket office website and they are then listed on Ticketmaster. People can go to the game and wait until a couple of hours before kickoff and get lower prices on tickets most times using their phone. I think they stop selling them 1 hour before kick off. People lower the price as it gets closer to the game time so they don't have to eat the cost. Many times much less than what they paid for them. Not much different than buying the paper tickets closer to game time back in the day.

 

I don’t know what site’s stop selling tickets close to kickoff. I’ve moved upstairs several times waiting on club seats to drop. As far as I know you can buy tickets on ticketmaster all throughout the game.
