    It’s impressive trump isn’t in worse shape…..

“RFK Jr. criticized some of Trump’s food preferences. “The stuff that he eats is really, like, bad. Campaign food is always bad, but the food that goes onto that airplane is, like, just poison,” Kennedy said on the podcast, likely referring to Trump's private airplane. You have a choice between — you don’t have the choice, you’re either given KFC or Big Macs. He added that if you’re lucky enough to get those, it’s still a challenge, as he finds the other available option to be “kind of inedible.”

A book by Trump campaign advisor Corey Lewandowski and former aide David Bossie detailed a regular Trump dinner of two Big Macs, two Filet-O-Fish sandwiches and a chocolate malt,

According to interview with Trump’s former butler at Mar-a-Lago Tony Senecal, Trump likes steak, but he likes them well-done, overcooked even, with ketchup….. and he’d say, ‘No garbage with it,’” Senecal told the Post in 2016. By “garbage,” Senecal said he knew Trump meant no garnish, relishes or vegetables….

.a typical breakfast order for The Donald was “Three eggs over-easy with bacon.”

RFK Jr.: Food Trump eats is really bad. We know Trump loves McDonald's, Diet Cokes, Oreos

i like my steaks rare to mid -rare and would never put ketchup on one- but then I buy prime beef and portion it out myself( I have a commercial grade bizerba slicer)
am not a fan of Mickey Dee's food- I like a charbroiled hamburger. When we go out if I am having beef, I will not go to a restaurant that cooks their meat on a flat grill-

Does not matter to me what Trump eats

Fair point. But per article RFK is HHS head & claims McDonald’s is poison.

“McDonald’s used to use beef tallow to make their fries from 1940 until phasing it out in favor of seed oils in 1990….Americans should have every right to eat out at a restaurant without being unknowingly poisoned by heavily subsidized seed oils.”

“We are betraying our children by letting these industries poison them,”

The cool part is RFK Jr. still believes in freedom and so he won’t begrudge a grown man making his own choices over his diet.

Ketchup on steak? Sounds like he has a palette of a child.

I love steak, but think most vegetables prepared properly are great too.

This is funny and unique insight.

My guess is Trump has type O blood. Type O blood is associated with greater longevity. Type A blood not so much, for example. Types AB and B would be in the middle.

People with type O blood don't choke under pressure much compared to people with type A blood. Their response to adrenaline is different.
People with type O blood are more likely to be smooth public speakers. They don't get as nervous as people with type A blood. They would be less likely to choke on a 4' putt for a million dollars.

People with type O blood have better endurance on average.
Trump does little to no aerobic exercise but he says that when he did a treadmill test he told the medical person/doctor he could keep going all day.

    Take home:
Type O: good endurance, not a choker, longer lifespan
Type A: less endurance, choker, shorter lifespan

As for well done steak VS medium rare. There has been a shift away from medium rare steaks towards medium in the culinary community, I believe. I think it's probably easier to cook a steak to medium without drying it out near the su4face then it used to be. If that was my intention I'd cook it sous video to maybe 120F and then grill it or pan fry it to get a good crust, flipping it every 60 seconds or less to retain moisture

So if Trump makes it through his first two years and then has to step down, does that mean Vance could be legally allowed to serve two more terms as POTUS?

only if the unfinished term of the previous Prez is less than 2 years can a President be re-elected twice

so for this to happen, Trump would have to die or be removed from office after Jan 21 of 2027

Isn’t this really about genetics and metabolic divergence amounts humans? Trump can eat crap, and lives past 80. Another American eats heathy and dies at 50. No one solution works for all Americans.

The reality is that you have to personally take control of your health and what fuel you consume.

He stated he wants our food to be regulated more like Europe. Which would vastly increase food regulation and outright bans on certain artificial ingredients and pesticides used in farming.

Of course he’s obviously full of shit, because he has also said he wants to gut the FDA, which is the agency that would actually regulate that expanded list.

Some of his diet is pretty healthy but given he likes highly ultraprocessed fast food, the other meals will make it worse. He's part Keto/Carnivore but then eats SAD which combined is unhealthy. But he's 78 and he has this almost immortal look to him. For instance, Kamala crashed early the night of the election, while Trump stayed up until he gave his speech, which was past 2:30am. He shouldn't be able to do that but aides say he has more energy than even the 20-somethings on his staff. He doesn't work out, eats like crap, yet is a healthy 78 year old.
