I think Trump will support Putin and Ukraine will be toast. He said he'll end it in 24 hours...hmmmm

. Mr. Obama asserted that “some of those jobs of the past are just not going to come back.”

“When somebody says . . . that he’s going to bring all these jobs back, well, how exactly are you going to do that? What are you going to do?,” Mr. Obama asked.

“There’s no answer to it. . . . What magic wand do you have?

that didn’t age well for Obama back then as his brilliant knowledge of all things economic turned out to be demonstrably inaccurate. Guess we have to wait and see what DJT can do in regards to Ukraine.

Unlike on healthcare, immigration, infrastructure, covid, fiscal responsibility, and.....well, everything else, Donald Trump is going to solve this promptly. On Day 1. (Unless this is one of his "before the inauguration" promises.) He's going to do this because of.........

    ......yup, you guessed it.....

    Obama!! :)

(You'll just have to wait and see! His concept of a health care plan is coming out in 2 weeks, btw.)

I don't quite understand your response...OBAMA??? My question was about how will Ukraine fair under the new administration....will they survive??? Will Russia be given a carte blanche??? I guess to answer your question regarding a "magic wand"....does Trump have one regarding Ukraine...or is just more hyperbole??? Still curious.

Biden just allowed Ukraine to use long range US missiles against the Russian invaders...will Trump stop this on day 1?

He will hang Ukraine out to dry as promised. Then he can get busy kissing Putin's ass. He admires Putin.

We will just have to wait until day 1 to find out. No value to speculating

    Top of the ridge
I have noises what he will do. Honestly with Biden giving the ok for the long range missles and Putin lowering the threshold on using his nines.. the whole scenario. Will likely change drastically between now and then.
I would like to see more nations stepping up and carrying their load on this. I’m tired of the US being the ones to take the kings share of responsibility when the war is half way across the world.

what impact do you think this will actually have?

how many US missiles would need to impact targets in Russia before it gives Putin pause?

The answer to the 2nd question is undoubtably "more missiles than the US can/will transfer to Ukraine"

Ukraine and Russia are a distraction and must be ended quickly. The real threat to the US is China.

Zelensky is in a fight he can’t win, and Putin needs an Off-Ramp. It shouldn’t be too difficult to get them to agree on a peace treaty.
