md raises a good point that in order to make something illegal, we need to know what that thing is. If you are suggesting that propaganda is simply obvious to everyone, I’d point to the debates on every thread of this forum as evidence to the contrary.

As I wrote above, the key question is who should be invested with the power to define what is propaganda?
