Florida lands commitment from 2025 4* QB Tramell Jones

He has to know he is back up for two years and is ok with that.

 

We need to keep Aiden Warner too…he will be much better as a back up after a year in the system.

 

I hope we play him early and run him in on some wildcat situations, to keep DJ from taking hits.

 

Great news, I just saw an interview with him and his high school teammates are interested too.

 

Somebody that follows recruiting tell me if this guy is good

Hoping he brings French and Thomas. Would make this class 23-24 ranked. And then hope snowball effect takes place and we land three or four really saw the dudes to make us 15th or 16th

 

I think Norvell thought he was the next Jordan Travis. He is a much better passer now than Travis was as an early college player. He is very mobile. Not nearly the velocity of Lagway on his passes though. I think he is one of the better qb commits outside of Lagway we have gotten in a while. I believe his family are Gators, so is likely to stick around regardless of transitions with coaches.

 

On3 has him with an average ranking of 247 which is kinda funny because he isn't in the top 247 of that site. Rivals out of nowhere has him at 36th overall/borderline 5 star. Seems like a quality pick up.

He has missed of his senior season (out since week 2) with an injury so that likely impacts his rating. Supposed to be an early entrant and be ready to go for spring.
