That's too hard to call right now as I believe the public/media view influences futures as much as historical trends. I can't see it being very high though. If we finish with 6 wins as I expect, it will probably open between 5.5 and 6.5
Amazing, and we allowed so many 3rd down conversions. Must have been something the coaches saw that the conversions didn't matter. Sacks came when it was critical. The Swamp certainly helped yesterday. Love how this team played!
It was not the loudest game I’ve been to in my 60 years of watching Gator games ( I started really, really young), but it was loud, especially the 4th quarter, and the crowd was very intense and supportive. The crowd definitely had an impact… lots of positive energy, and much better from an attendance perspective ( numbers wise) than one would expect for a 4-5 team going into the game.
Thanks, pjb. Tends to reinforce my earlier point that GC posters and GC in general is NOT representative of a fan base, and the media magnify social media posts out of laziness.
Gator fans have normally supported Gator teams in down years by showing up...I don't think we have ever had less than 75k for a game that I know of
Both had 6 carries for the game. Baugh's 55 yarder was the big one. Both are good runner - I just like Buagh a little better.
Agreed but take away that one big run and jacobi was having the better game until that point. Baugh is a bad man but jacobi doesnt get near enough credit.
