The required election recount under Pennsylvania Law begins on Monday, but Bob Casey Jr. should do the honorable and legal thing by conceding the election:

Bucks County Officials Defy PA Supreme Court, Count Ballots Missing Signatures

Since Casey, Jr, has hired dem top gun attorney Marc Elias to try to steal election, he won't concede. Once the recount is over, Casey Jr. and Elias will resort to lawfare in the Pennsylvania courts to try to steal the election. From what I've read, McCormick, the Pennsylvania Republican Party, and the Republican National Committee are ready to fight the lawfare all of the way to the SCOTUS, if necessary, where the republicans will win.

With the admitted counting of illegal ballots, the difference is 21,693 as of this morning. I suspect all known illegally counted ballots will be challenged as they should be. From the article:

Bucks County Commissioners openly defied the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Thursday by moving to count provisional ballots missing a signature as Democrats and Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA) challenge Senator-elect Dave McCormick’s (R-PA) election victory.

Bucks County Board of Commissioners Chair Robert J. Harvie Jr. (D) and Vice Chair Diane Ellis-Marseglia (D) decided to count provisional ballots that were missing a signature in one of two places, which officials call “block two” and “block four.” The third commissioner, Gene DiGirolamo (R), was the lone dissenting voice to oppose the Democrats’ challenge to count the ballots.

Harvie Jr. and Ellis-Marseglia’s decision to count the ballots comes despite a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling from just months ago which determined that provisional ballots missing a signature should not be counted.

Ellis-Marseglia: “I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country, and people violate laws anytime they want,” she said. “So for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention to it.” Ellis-Marseglia went on to imply that she refused to listen to the county solicitors’ advice because she wanted to make this a court issue again.

Me: What should happen is these law breakers should be fired and charged with the crimes they are openly admitting to.

All the democrats have left is illegal votes to count to boot.

We know about Buck County, but I'd wager Philadelphia and Pittsburgh have been counting the illegal votes as well. What was once a 39,500-vote lead is down to 21,693 this morning. Buck County admits to counting 500 illegal ballots. Philadelphia and Pittsburgh had to pile on too to get that big of a drop. There is no telling where all of these votes came from and especially so when they are being counted by lawbreakers.

The issue here is that a couple hundred provisional ballots were not put inside sleeves before being sealed… apparently many of those came from the same precinct, which means it was likely a poll worker’s error…. Legally cast votes should not be discounted because a poll worker made a error…

I'll bet real money that if all state's elections were audited, after Trump gets inaugurated, that we'll suddenly find the Pubs won many more seats... And the irony will be that if these few counties had simply stopped trying to cheat... they might have even gotten away with it. Now a great big searchlight has been focused on these 2024 elections, and their own actions might even prompt a complete audit of several states (at first) and every county in them.

The cheat will backfire on them.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court disagrees as will the SCOTUS if this goes that far.

We'll see... I assume you've seen that graph depicting all the states that the Democrats (Harris) won, and how all of them have one thing in common? None of them need a picture ID in order to vote. NO freaking ID to prove who you are, and they have a right to vote... much less whether you are an American citizen.

Yeah, there's plenty of voting fraud, and the RINOs and the Dems know it.

They have your information on record from when you got your driver's license. And I think you already know, you have to prove you are an American citizen to get that star or whatever make they put on it... They know if you can legally vote. This was the first time in a long time that I went there in person to vote. I, too, saw mailing it in, but I decided to got to vote in person early. And in person... you still have to prove who you are with a picture ID.

As you do in all those states that you are complaining about. There aren't states without voter id and no voter registration requirement.

This is our election. No excuses. Same areas of the country are cheating again. I hope Trump goes after these people with a vengeance.

Very pleased to see that Republicans support honoring election laws and respecting the results.

Also; " "What I want to do is this. I just want to find, uh, 11,780 votes..." :)

Such as the Republicans in Florida that always get arrested for voter fraud. For some reason you're always quiet on those
