    Then why bother with this charade? Announce it, so we don’t have to pretend there’s hope week after week. Napier’s sinister deception plan is not fooling LSU or Ole Miss, who know probably better than our staff does how bad Lagway’s injury is. And Stricklin has already signed that death warrant — I mean, statement of support — for Napier, so no reason to try fooling him there’s hope either.
