Looking more and more like something substantial will brew up in the Eastern CS. Timing will be everything with the approaching front.
The midnight GFS brought it back to where it always seems to end up, SW Florida. It’s a bit weaker in this run because it interacted more with the Yucatan. Slowed it down a bit too. By next week who knows.
This one is headed to Vegas and Big Sur next week. My Florida brethren will have to ride it out, should it come, without me. Stay tooned
The latest GFS shows it meandering into S America / Mexico and falling apart without any real development. Fingers crossed....
this would suck, just drained and put away the generator Major Hurricane Developing In The Caribbean: Florida On Alert For Potential Impacts
Well it got classified as a depression at 5p so the first track is out…this is certainly an interesting cone. This is days before it would be near Florida if it came.
Track will vary, that front coming down will have everything to say. I say some models pulling way back on strength due to the expected shear interaction with the front. Hope so. West coast of Fl has had enough.
