The two oldest currently serving justices are Clarence Thomas, 76, and Samuel Alito, 74. It would be very difficult for Trump to find worse. At 70, Sotomayer, is the oldest of the "others." She must protect her health at all costs.
The issue is that while Trump likely won't find somebody worse, he'll replace them with somebody 25-30 years their junior who is just as bad.
We shall see. Aside from the pitfalls of corruption which authoritarian governments generally bring (a “loyalty test” to dear leader replacing civil service should raise obvious alarm bells). If we see some crazed “deportation operation” and people start dying would you then admit it? Sadly, I suspect not.

I don’t believe half are neo-Nazi’s. I could believe double digits. I believe another substantial # in the GOP would look the other way even if we saw substantial deaths from a hypothetical “immigrant roundup”. What would that make them?
I stated hypothetically. But it’s also using history as a guide. Let’s see what happens with this “immigrant roundup” part of the program. I see basically two options playing out: 1) it’s a corruption farce like the wall, not much comes of it, maybe we get some fed raids on gangs which I think we all agree would be a good thing. 2) Trump does actually deploy the military domestically and we end up with many thousands if not millions in custody. The govt is of course wholly unequipped to do this in an efficient and humane way and as a result innocents will die. Option 1 would of course not resemble Nazism, option 2 on the other hand…
