For all of the talk about how exciting a young (at least relatively) African American candidate would energize the Democratic base, she came out and performed markedly worse with both young people and African American voters than did an ancient, racially tone deaf, generic white guy Democrat. As I noted when the Dems nominated her, the warning from the 2020 primaries was there but ignored - Democrats love the concept of Kamala Harris as a candidate, but that quickly fades when they actually see her as a candidate.
He articulated it poorly, but I think what he was trying to say is that they all vote together for the winning candidate since the late 80s (whether Red or Blue) and they look like they might have again.
that’s because the maga led senate in Penn refused to pass the pre-canvassing bill which many states have. This delays the count. Supposedly repubs - “by limiting pre-canvassing, final results are delayed, which can create a “red mirage” on Election Night that might show Republicans leading in initial in-person votes, only to shift later as mail ballots are counted. Some Republican lawmakers believe this delay could benefit their candidates by shaping early perceptions of the race.”
Guy on MSNBC ragging on Harris campaign announcement to go home, wanting it to be a more rousing we’re still fighting type speech. He also said that when Trump is quiet, he must think he’s winning, because when he’s losing, he’s out there screaming about people cheating.
None of that should matter when her opponent is Donald Trump who was basically running to avoid prison.
This 100%. The left needs to look at why she did worse than Biden in demographics that she should have done better in. Hint it’s not because she’s a black woman and some have suggested.
MSNBC panel just seems extremely tone deaf. Not self awareness. Its social issues and instead of a poor message and bad timing from Dems including waiting too long to go away from Biden and Kamala not resonating with undecided voters.
