Head on MSNBC blaming white women not voting to Harris. From what I have seen Harris didn’t get the same black turnout that Biden did.
Hey, at least that little gnome JD Vance is gonna move out of my neighborhood and stop tying up traffic every time he goes out to lie to the American public!
They keep pushing this narrative. Right or wrong, continuing to degrade and blame and cast shade on large amounts of people is not a way to winning. I try to say this all the time. You cannot bring anyone to your side by constantly crapping on them.
Anyone that thinks this election is over before the Blue Wall States are called are insane. Harris could still pull this out. Nothing has been called at this point.
I don’t think most are saying that. The left talking heads are showing panic. The early numbers are nothing like they thought they would get. They are shocked at how many hispanics went to Trump compared to 2020. Like at 40% gain in some places
Definitely agree but even in 2020, this started to turn around quicker. Kamala isn't doing as well as Biden did in a lot of places. Polymarket is pretty heavy Trump right now though.
I literally laughed at some of the posters on here who thought he could win the popular vote so I will gladly eat my crow on that. I just didn’t see it as a realistic possibility given he didn’t come close to winning it in 2016 or 2020 and he had so much more baggage this time around. Crazy how he went from hugely unpopular two straight cycles to popular this time around.
If Trump win and it looks like a very real possibility now his victory will be the result of a single issue the economy and specifically prices. Groceries are over 20% higher than they were in 2020, gas at the pump is roughly 15% higher than it was in 2020 although it's considerably lower than it was in 2022 and in a lot of communities housing is also much higher. The fact that the inflation was caused by a number of factors and that the president in fact has little control over most of those factors is irrelevant insofar as most of the voters are concerned. They simply rationalize that prices are higher now than they were in 2020, Joe Biden has been president for the last four years and therefore the inflation is Biden's fault and although he's not running Harris said she would not have do anything differently from what Biden did. Others than members of his cult who love the guy my guess is that a number of voters who actually detest Trump voted for him on the mistake belief that he could turn back the clock with respect to prices. My guess that if he wins the election there will be massive buyer's/voter's regret within a year. Considering how unhinged he is it's not beyond the realm of possibility that the vice president and enough members of his cabinet could decide to invoke the 25th Amendment or that he could be persuaded to resign since all the federal criminal charges against him would disappeared within weeks if not days after he assumed the office. Vance wouldn't be much better than Trump with respect to policy although at least he wouldn't represent the threat that a cognitively diminished president with severe psychiatric problems would.
Trump looks like he is going to win Georgia and Pennsylvania. That does it. I believe. I never imagined he would even get this close.
RFK, Jr. for head of the department of health and Herschel Walker for need of the department of defense. What could possibly go wrong?
