They have an opinion and you will hear it whether you like it or not.

This is a far left echo chamber. No real conversations are being had here. Just a circle jerk if you're "one of them" and flame and vitriol if you aren't. Its funny because this is how similar thread topics go too.

    Go team!

On topic, it will probably look similar to the first one. We survived, so did democracy. However, Kamala is winning so it doesn't matter.

And, of course, Republicans are completely immune to this kind of thinking. . . right?

P.S. You really need to get out more if you think THFSG is a "far left echo chamber". Or maybe that was sarcasm and I missed it.

Trump lives in their heads and he has driven them insane. It's quite funny.

People who oppose a traitor who tried to overturn an election are definitely quite displeased about the prospect of his reelection.

Others don't care. It's quite sad.

Yes, except for the part about Kamala winning.

I do not believe that is the case.

Way too early to be calling anything for anyone at this point, so gotta tap the brakes on the one.

Please inform me about the excessive business regulations Trump imposed?
The Biden Administration kept his tariffs...so apparently they agreed with him on their necessity.

They won't. But, as it pertains to China, that was as if not more geopolitical than economic. Blanket tariffs that include our allies is one of the dumbest ideas I've ever heard.

Actually, when I "get out" none of you have any of this energy in real life. If you go out in the real world, nobody is overtly and openly racist. Just like none of you are out here yelling at Trump supporters. I'd be willing to bet most of you be nice to their face while being mortified in your brain. If you think outside of metro areas and known liberal areas that you will see much more left than this place, you must hang with antifa types.

Not to mention, all of the people on the right left this place long ago. It is absolutely a left echo chamber. No need for yet another voice piling on. Besides, I've said many times and none of you care but Im way more liberal policy wise than I am conservative. Yet everyone of you address me as if Im Trumps biggest fan. Take that information as you wish to take it, Im just delivering it.

It's a negotiating tactic just like Trump first used on China.
Not threatening to impose tariffs is the dumbest idea we could do.
China manipulates it's currency and pays it's labor cents on the dollar.

Again, maybe you need to visit actual left-wing echo chambers.

Also, mortified isn't the word I'd use. Really struggling, actually, to come up with a word. They're just lost as far as I'm concerned and I really don't care what they think about much if anything. What is that? Contempt?

It would be like the first one, but with a lot less people involved who know how to run anything

Their labor is actually quite expensive now and more expensive (with less value add) than Mexico. The cost savings comes from direct CCP subsidies. And, what exactly is he trying to leverage our allies for? If anything, it would just push them to China. . . after they've basically committed to us. Yeah, that would be fucking brilliant! Nothing personal, but you've said nothing here to convince me this isn't a massively stupid idea.

Also, you seem to have missed the point. They agree on the geopolitical and economic threat posed by China, which is why the policy stayed the same. Everyone agrees on that. Nobody but the biggest fools thinks blanket tariffs on our allies is a good idea.

Now, if the shoe were on the other foot, would Trump have maintained the Biden policies, or would he have tossed them out simply because they were Biden's?

So good riddens until they die off? How far gone are they? What would they need to do to be in your good graces again? FWIW, Im not saying you specifically are one of these. I actually haven't seen enough of your posts to consider you to be one of the worst offenders.

How about we go this route... a lot of liberals are all about reform and being for giving people who break some laws a pass. Without rehashing my thoughts on immigration which are pretty left leaning, what about forgiving people who broke the law to come here? What about prisoners who may have been reformed in prison? If we can forgive them can we not look past a simple choice to vote for someone who (from most of the ones I talk to) just voted for them to feed their family? They may be misguided, but thats their opinion and what they believe in. There is a very small percentage of Trump supporters who see that he truly did nothing wrong or that think he is a good human being. They are simply plugging their noses and doing whats best for their family.

How can you tell which ones are which? Most of you hate me and flame me for things I post here and Im not even a Trump fan. Didn't vote for him in 2016, 2020, and wont vote for him today. Were talking about a near 50/50 split... how can you be so sure that all these people are irreversibly bad?
