All Billy would say at the post game presser was that it was a soft tissue injury and he’d have more information at the press conference on Wednesday.
From Johns Hopkins Soft-tissue injuries are classified as the following: Contusions (bruises) Sprains. Tendonitis. Bursitis. Stress injuries. Strains. From that list I think it's a strain having seen his foot losing traction like it did.
Why risk another injury, let him fully heal up. We aren’t playing for anything meaningful and I’d prefer he get to 100% instead of rushing back. Now if the doctors say he’s 100% and he wants to go then let it rip.
I'm curious about the QB training regime. Both first and second stringers sidelined with serious non-contact injuries.
I think the piss poor condition of the field is to blame for DJ's injury. Graham's ACL injury I don't think you can blame on conditioning. Don't know how you train a ligament.
My guess is it’s a torn hamstring, where he felt the pop, hence the cart coming out. I tore mine in college, most painful injury I’ve ever had. It takes a long time to heal, but he will have 24-7 care and rehab, so who knows how long he will be out.
I hope you are correct. If torn then that is a bad strain and you will hear a pop. If this is the case maybe they were just being careful. If this is the case he could with the medical care they have be back by FSu game.
Concerns me that the Jags are/might play their games in the Swamp while the stadium in Jax is renovated. How will Florida Field sustain that many games played there and not look worse than that poor excuse for a field yesterday?
Not where we will play…where the Jags will play. I don’t think this was announced was it? I’m seeing either Ben Hill Griffin or Camping World Stadium in Orlando.
The Jags aren't playing at neutral sites. They're supposedly going to play at Florida Field. Our games with uga will be at neutral sites.
