I'm definitely not a Napier fan but credit where credit is due, he had the team ready to go and they never stopped fighting. If we don't lose DJ this game had a good chance to be the biggest win of his career.

Billy just can't ever seem to catch any breaks even when he's doing things right, unfortunately.

I hate this season just because these guys have continued to improve and bust their ass off and we can’t bag a valuable win. This O-line and defense are playing MILES better from what we saw against Miami. We are (or were) so much better than 4-4. Unfortunately bad luck has not left our side, and I think DJ’s absence will be the fork in this season.

228 yards of offense isn’t going to win many games but proud of our effort. We are just snake bit with injuries.

DJ getting hurt saved the puppies from an upset. The offensive staff better get things figured out moving forward.

Urban must have traded the UF future to the devil for immediate success, because the fluke injuries and unlucky breaks since he left have been unreal.

    Players played heroically.

I will save the negativity for another time.

    Go Gators.

I'm wondering if cleat length might have played a role in the number of injuries. Saw a lot of dirt kicked up, and slipping, on many cuts by both D and O.

Tough loss. Hope DJ will be okay. Sucks being outscored 28-7 after he went down.

Guys didn't give up and that game tying TD was great to see.

As if the last games of the year couldn't get any more grim though....

Did we beat the spread? ;)
Were the db’s good or beck bad?
D played downhill most of the day. Attacking vs passive.
Baugh and Jackson are good. I hear Jackson can also call the Bears defense.
    Everyone fought the entire game.

Injuries suck. I hate called QB runs. Run when you see green grass. DJ weapon is the arm.

Go Gators, time to smoke some brisket!

Warner made some good passes -- and wasn't afraid to sling it. He's raw, you could see, but he can develop.

Meh. That’s just kinda where I am at for this season. Even kinda Meh about what happens with Napier. No one out there we can realistically get excites me. Nothing I can do about the decisions anyway. Not gonna complain about it.

Fall weather hitting. Older kids will be home soon for Turkey Day. Whisky is still good.

We didn't lose our way we lost our QB. Could not expect much out of the #3 against maybe the best defense in the country. That is without even talking about losing the two defensive backs that started the game as well.

When you can show this forum that you can take the 2nd best team in the nation to a 1 score game with 4 minutes left with a 3rd string qb, 3rd and 4 th string rb's, then you might have a valued point. Not even the grest nick saban was pulling this game out after the 2nd string qb went down. The fact the kids play hard for this coach when the chips are down is pretty remarkable in my humble opinion.

This is a win if Dj and mont and others aren’t out. End of story.
