If defeating liberalism requires acting like a child and choosing evil men to fight our battles than liberalism has already won. It won by defeating us from within and having us defeat ourselves. The party of blue dresses and oval office blowjobs is now mocking us (with solid reason) for our candidates behavior. That's how bad we have gotten. You defeat evil with good. You never defeat evil with more evil. If we believe our worldview to be the "right" one, and theirs to be the "evil" one, then tell an honest message with Integrity and decency. That will be received as at the very least honest and heartfelt, and at the very best as mind changing. But this? This is just immature fart jokes disguised as a political movement trying to out slime the opponent. No thanks. My kids are watching.
The constitution, SCOTUS, and congress limit a presidents power and ability to make laws. We saw what we had with Trump as president then what he morphed into once he lost the election. Trump, who I voted for, has become a dangerous person who doesn’t need to be president. He has told us what he will do. Kamala, who I don’t care for has at least said she will be a president for all Americans, even include cons in her cabinet. (I’m looking at you Liz Chaney) I don’t like either choice but think Kamala is the better one. If she gets elected and goes full on progressive she will not see a second term.
An observation I saw the other day about younger male Trump voters which may apply to all of them is that the MAGA political philosophy is just Internet trolling writ large.
I’m a little surprised at your focus on a few personalities which seems to indicate a profound lack of perspective and grasp of political reality in the US.
The main personality is the top of the Republican ticket seeking our trust in the most important job on the planet and in his wake he has created hundreds of underlings that run for lesser office by acting the same way. I will never vote for the liberal agenda, but i believe a better long term solution to defeating it is to stop having evil men lead us. He will never get my vote, nor will his even worse imitator here in NC. They moved away from me, I did not move away from them.

Sadly, thanks to members of the party of the incumbent president who are driven almost entirely by a fear of being "primaried" as the result of decades of precise gerrymandering and a Supreme Court functionally subservient to the same president our system of checks and balances has devolved from a Constitutional check on the power of the president to a political science theory that is not working in the real world. We have a Congress in which there will never be enough votes to remove the president from office even after he has been impeached and a Supreme Court that conferred a level of immunity on the president almost equivalent to that of a monarch. If back in 1974 Congress and the Court treated Richard Nixon in the same manner that they have treated Donald Trump Nixon would have never been forced to resign under threat of impeachment and conviction and would have served a full second term.
Maybe we should have a rule that any thread started for the sole purpose of inflaming, insulting, and enraging is automatically locked and the op given a vacation for 3 days. No matter if the thread comes from twitter or you tube or a meme bank in Switzerland.
