Demarcus Robinson still being a valuable WR3 bouncing around from contender to contender throughout his career was not what I expected but good for him.
This should surprise nobody who watched him play here. Only thing he did well was throw far (not accurately) and look athletic. He could run through some subpar athletes on defense but they aren't making the NFL. Players like him are why they're pushing pay for play so hard, that way old rich dudes who have never caught a football can fund players pretending to be student athletes while the NFL evaluates them. It's not NCAAF it's NFL d-league with extra steps. If a developmental league was profitable they would have just done that, but it's not so they took over NCAAF to leverage the goodwill of existing fans as long as possible.
If I were an NFL GM I would never use a high first round draft pick based on 'potential'. That's all AR had after 1 inconsistent season as the Gator QB. High first round pick should be based on proven productivity. Hopefully AR gets his head screwed on straight and recovers, but chances are as long as Flacco does not get injured he will probably be the starter for the rest of the year. Hopefully AR uses the rest of the year to grow up and learn.
Mohamoud Diabate, Cedric Tillman top Browns to watch in final 9 games So much talent wasted under Grantham and Mullen...
Colts benched AR and looked worse last night. At least Flacco got to meet Jonathon Greenard a couple of times. The main thing is Flacco completed 59% of his passes and that counts more than points, right?
Ricky Pearsall got his first NFL touchdown today. So happy he was able to comeback from being shot and showcase his talent in the NFL. Ricky Pearsall Scores His First NFL Touchdown vs. the Bucs
