The coach descriptions were spot on.

Muschamp: Elite defensive coach and recruiter, couldn’t find/develop a quarterback.

McElwain: Nick Saban assistant, and an expert fisherman.

Mullen: Elite offensive mind, disinterested recruiter.

 

Maybe I need a cloud to yell at, but I never saw Mullen as an elite offensive mind.

 

Add: Grantham - the anvil around his neck.

All 3 (now 4) have one thing in common. The inability to hire and maintain a top shelf staff.

We need a guy who will bring along a very strong staff and the ability to upgrade on the way in if needed.

 

Muschamp literally had two NFL qbs on roster and F'd them both up. Didn't have to find them but he definitely didn't develop them.

I didn't anoint him. I disagreed to another poster saying CBN would have had the same record as Cigneti if he played the same teams. There's no way to speculate it because it didn’t happen. We have seen what CBN can do against teams that he did coach against and result of the games.

One thing that has been great with our insanely bad stats on fumbles and interceptions is that we rarely...and I mean rarely see the turnover baton. I mean that thing is non existent. From the get go that god awful turnover baton was one the absolute worst ideas Napier had. Good riddance.

 

I know a place that I would like to tell him where he could “dispose” the baton at…
