Stoops would be an upgrade and I think he would jump at the opportunity to come to UF. He knows how to coach and recruit.... but he is not what UF needs at the moment. Maybe if 3 years ago....

I don't know about that. Their schedule is very light for an SEC schedule. They could easily win out from here.

It would still cost an arm and a leg and he still may not come but now we have a window. I don't think we did before.

Have I have ever mentioned how much I @×%$ hate Kentucky. Yes I made a mistake and broke my own rule of never picking there games. No matter how I pick their games I lose.

 

Hiring stoops would send a strong message to Gator Nation that the UF admin isn't remotely serious about being a contender in football.

 

Teams with 3 losses will probably make the playoffs from the SEC

 

They play UGA still.

 

We'll see. Ole Miss missing the playoffs makes him way more accessible, and they probably need at least two more losses for that to happen. Schedule isn't daunting, they get UGA at home and only hard road trip is at LSU. But the OM team today looked very capable of dropping at least two more games.
