Punting has improved (facetious)!

 

That... forget it. Not even going to opine.

 

Special Teams in general have improved overall. Unfortunately that's not enough.

 

Let Rocco lead the tackling drills

 

Yes, I was just trying to be cute with the punt reference.

 

At Florida anything less than a top 25 defense is unacceptable.

 

When you are at the bottom of the barrel, did it have any choice but to improve? I guess they could have chosen to suck which would have been the status quo!

 

Has anything improved?

 

There were always bright spots on Special Teams. The punting and kicking specialists were always good. But, I do agree that it was the organization of the unit that was at the bottom and had nowhere to go but up.

 

And we all thought defense couldn’t get worse since 4 years ago!

 

It's depressing.

More than anything, I don't think we have players or coaches on defense who want to hurt people.

 

Ok, so an article that just talks metrics. No mention of what is being done to fix the problem or even identifying the problem.

 

We play defense like seven on seven. Nobody is getting their jersey dirty.
