    Calling total BS. The difference between lower courts and SCOTUS is massive. Any triple digit IQ adult would know this... seek out one and consult.

    Apparently you do understand the difference between appealable decisions and final decisions which become law.

    Again, don't change the senate rules. Harry Reid and your party are responsible.

    Again, same with the filibuster. You can't just say I'm busting it for an abortion law. When you bust the filibuster, it's done. If this happens you can blame Kamala Harris for the future disasters. What's fair for the goose is fair for the gander.
