Taking a fairly moderate/populist view on abortion saves lives (hundreds of thousands) compared to the all or nothing approach from someone like Lila Rose (per analysis by Robert Barnes and others).

Are babies executed after being born alive after botched abortions? Of course. Not much different than aborting a late term baby by injecting its heart with lidocaine imo. Of course the latter is hidden, making it more acceptable. Not to the baby, of course.
