So who paid more attention to the OL than I did? I saw 53 in at LG and it looked like 70 and 75 were splitting at RG?

 

The OGT finished at 69 pages... nice. Oh and we won vs a bad MSU team like we should... also nice.

A win is a win, but this might be our last one with the defense that we've got. Mertz played very well today, as did Lagway. Good to see Marcus Burke and Aiden Mizell doing well, too.

 

It was a good win and one that we needed, but let's be real, Miss St really is that bad. Worst TOP in the FBS and FCS at 19 per game and they got 30 on us. Then they got a season's worth of rushing yards in just this game alone. The question is can the oline handle UCF's dline? MSU's dline played like they have all season and made our oline look elite. Going to be an interesting game. Might come down to the last possession.

 

The good thing about next week is that Napier won't be calling plays.

 

How can this defense improve? Is it coaching the players we have or a combination of both?
