Hmm, I am always interested in when something is a "process crime." So it is a process crime to purposefully fill out paperwork incorrectly? Like if one were to fill out a gun application incorrectly?

Matt Gaetz Was at Sex and Drugs Party With High School Junior: Court Docs

Rep. Matt Gaetz was at a 2017 party with a 17-year-old girl at the heart of an alleged sex trafficking scandal, according to legal documents filed Thursday.

The filings cite affidavits based on three witness testimonies—which remain sealed—which put the Florida congressman at the party, according to Notus. One witness cited by the filings says the girl, a high school junior, was naked and said people were there to “engage in sexual activities” while drugs including cocaine and ecstasy were present.

The documents were filed by lawyers trying to recoup legal fees in a lawsuit filed by Chris Dorworth—a lobbyist friend of Gaetz’s who hosted the alleged party at his Florida home.

The teen girl is identified in the paperwork only as A.B., according to Notus. “The discovery taken in this case to date reflects that on Saturday, July 15, 2017... Dorworth... hosted a party at his residence... with the following guests present” one of the documents says, before listing several people including “A.B.” and “Matt Gaetz.”

According to Notus, the new documents are the first time that “that sworn testimony has been referenced in public court filings alleging that the congressman attended one of the long-rumored parties tied to an alleged underage sex scandal.

Do you ever take a step back and think about how you're rooting for a grown adult who took a 17 year old high school junior to a sex party with cocaine and ecstasy? And for what? Because he has an (R) next to his name or because he mocks liberals?

The only "rooting" I do is for ALL groomers to all go to jail... not just one particular Political Party type.

The links in today's post that reopened this thread come from publications like The Daily Beast. Even the main stream media has not picked up on the updates to the story being pushed by garbage heavy left leaning media yet. I don't think his guilt should be pushed by this type source until he is actually found guilty of something. The poster who posted "His arrest is imminent" is just pointing out what has been said on this site for years now.

Groomers and socialists get a pass if they are in the right party? So weird.

For what? I don't think he has ever even been accused of anything except the crime of knowing about....Lol and I think that is just hearsay from a couple of ex students looking to sue the University.

Sad to see how maga set their moral compass to gaetz. They could find him guilty and maga would move the goal posts, again. Regardless the victims (HS girls).

You might fight this exceedingly difficult to comprehend but Ohio places a responsibility on university employees to actually report certain crimes to law enforcement. Who would have thought, right? Reporting crimes to protect students., what a concept.

Speaking of concepts, take a few minutes to learn what hearsay actually is.

You think Jim Jordan should be incarcerated? I ask again, for what? What is the crime? Like I said as far as I can remember a couple of boys suing the University claimed Jordan knew about it which he denied and the lawyers ended up dropping the case.

Call it what you want, it was nothing but accusations from ex-students seeking compensation. I thought in this country one was innocent until proven guilty. One would think you must actually commit a crime to be incarcerated. I'm not a lawyer so maybe you lawyers can explain to me why Jim Jordan should be incarcerated.
