Wow, just wow. I love the half laugh reaction too. He felt so good about himself saying that in the open and during this recording. Republican and Racist go together like Peanut Butter and Jelly.
I can hear the n word, but looking at the whole video I’m not convinced that’s what he said. An NPR reporter studied it and determined that he didn’t say it. I don’t know the guy, so I’m willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. https://www.npr.org/2024/09/17/g-s1-23411/rich-lowry-national-review-haitian-migrants-racial-slur
Yeah. He's irritated me over the years, but I've never heard him say anything like that in the past. It also looked to me from the video that he was trying to say a word that started with the letter "m."
Sorry but this is a Gator dad/flgatr level thread. People hear what they want and run with it. I don't care for either party currently and I certainly disagree with the far right posters way more than I do with the left but this thread is a prime example of why sides keep getting farther apart from any real discourse.
Democrats and treason go together like peanut butter and jelly. That's why they want to bury America with illegals
I listened to like 10 times and it definitely sounds like the “n” word to me, I’m not sure how you get there from trying to say “migrant”. “Me - ger - ent”? I don’t know. It sounds like an N, not an M. If that was a gaff, it was bad timing for one since it was proceeded by the word Haitian.
Yeah, the word “migrant” and the “n” word are so similar that half the people trying to say migrant accidentally say the “n” word. It’s interesting that the half who say the “n” word are all Republicans.
How are migrant and the n word similar on planet earth? On the other hand, what kind of nincompoop says the n word on camera? Whatever, no one's political leanings have been changed. If grab 'em by the pussy didn't do it, nothing will, and hasn't.
Ooh, I was willing to accept “occasionally deserve” respect, so this “command” respect is indeed a highlight of the week.
I say that all the time. When he said that in '16 I thought, whew. Now it's over. There's no words that can be uttered or deed performed that will turn 36% of this nation away from the man. There will be volumes and volumes written about this for decades.
