Russia's poverty rate soared to 40". Putting brought it down rlto 2%. Putting neutered the oligarchs slowly but surely and got them out of politics. 2. Imagine trying to convince people that Vladimir Putin isn't corrupt. Sure, anybody that analyzes his worth states that his wealth is somewhere in the high 11 to low 12 figures, based on a $140k salary, but he isn't corrupt!
