He attended the counties highly gifted program, is currently top ten in his class, member of Duke TIP, will write his own ticket to whatever college he chooses. My middle child taught herself to read using subtitles at age 3 and kicks everyone's ass at everything. My youngest is too young to name accomplishments, but, will also be an absolute stud. What I can infer from your commenting is that your parenting will create weak-minded, ineffective, fat children. We tell each other the important hard truths in this family. I think he would be a terrible fit for us; probably detests UF and its fan base, probably would not be interested in the job, and would eventually pull some BS stunt. He simply cannot be trusted to behave rationally for long periods of time. Then, you have to wonder if there is something in his divorce with John Reeves daughter that could fester up some time. I know we can do better. Perhaps, we don’t know now but I believe some clarity will appear in time.

On topic, that court case was always going to be dismissed as it was based on prejudice towards race. The judge quite rightly pointed out:
