SOS put us on the map, BN has put us under the mat. It only took him 3 years to do it but by golly he has made us losers on the field but champions of life.

I’ve defended Coach Napier but it’s hard when one of your rivals comes into your house and gives you a beatdown.

I guess the current staff of over 250—or whatever absurd number of analysts, consultants, and assorted personnel BN has asked for—is still not enough to get a good product on the field.

Irks me I waited all off season for football and we get our asses whooped. Couldn’t even stomach watching after halftime.

it is unacceptable - to me anyway - in year 3 to get blown out in a home opener against any opponent. Period.

I am tired of stubborn coaches refusing to adapt. Mullen wouldn’t fire his incompetent staff. Napier likes being OC instead of hiring someone who has success as an OC. Napier was fired as an OC at Clemson. In his OC stints at Clemson, ASU, and as his own OC at LA and Florida only ONE season was his team above average on offense (and it was at LA). His system and play calling are average to below average. His two OL coaches, 3 OC, two DC, and no special teams coordinator plan is a complete train wreck. No other team in the country has this same set up and yet he feels he is giving us an edge- sometimes zigging vs zagging is a good idea. All of his ideas and plans have blown up in his and our face.

I am so tired of 3rd down and 4-6 yards to go being two down territory with runs on 3r down. It is sub optimal football. Just call a pass play without all 11 players bunched up to run to the short side for no gain. He makes offense so much harder than it needs to be.

I think he is toast. Lagway could give us some hope but I don’t trust Napier to call plays and run the team in a way that would help Lagway succeed.

I also blame the AD for allowing Billy to be his own OC and hire two DC aged like 30 with no power 5 coaching experience (of any kind). During the interview that should have been a big no.

    Rant done.

I think Kiffin would take the job based on the fertile recruiting ground alone, not to mention Napier has set the bar really low for the next coach

But wait, it's all DM's fault and if you give BN 5 more years we will have a winning record.

Those of us who already knew Napier isn't the guy aren't surprised. Maybe a little frustrated. But not surprised.

That is what is wild. If Napier is fired from Florida what does he do next? I can’t see anyone hiring him as an OC

Dan Mullen was a tool as well. Why do you think he doesn’t have a job? Billy sucks but Mullen was only marginally better.

Stick with BN and you have a near empty stadium. With the cost of tickets and travel who wants to attend a chit show? Either way fire him or retain him money is lost.

I’m not a Mullen fanboy but Florida went 11-2 with an Orange Bowl win under him and had an actual exciting offense. He is eons better than Napier.

Miami is a playoff team, Cam Ward will be in NY, but Billy has some work to do.

Needs to be DJ from here on out.

we won’t win big until we do better in the portal. We got spanked by their portal guys.

Hope all the guys bitching about CBS and Danielson last year enjoyed Jesse Palmer lol.

Friendly reminder to those with mixed feelings:

    We fired Zook for less

    We fired Lumpy for less

We fired McYellowHorseTeeth for some weird-a$$ $hit, but his record was way better than Billy’s

    We fired Mullen for less

All Napier has done is present us with evidence that he talks the talk Sunday-Friday, but he doesn’t walk the walk on Saturday.
