Yep, Napier mentioned that we're getting more plays in because the offense is more efficient... and being more efficient should mean more plays... means more points. Another nice side effect from having a second year QB and several other position players from last year. Year two in this offense will be interesting to see.

 

I am picking Miami. 28-10. Hopefully I am using reverse psychology. But since I am quite often wrong then I will be a happy gator.

 

It might be a lower scoring game than people expect due to the new clock rules. I heard Georgia Tech and FSU only got off 60 plays each.

Last year we were very young, had no one to replace Shemar James when he went down, and the OL was a hot mess. This year we are 25% older, much deeper, and according to reports, significantly stronger. Add that to the Swamp effect and I see:

Miami 17

We just can't shoot ourselves in the foot.
