The GOP is largely stronger now than it was before Trump. They might have controlled more seats and branches at times, but then they'd yield to dems and sell out their promises. ....and at least the GOP voters--those of us whom y'all view as scum suckn douchebags--actually vote for change. We're not getting the fiscal restraint we've been clamoring for for decades... but we've fired a truckload of traitors and sellouts hoping to get there (and in the process, scored a monster Dub, with finally getting the abomination known as Roe v Wade, undone). There's not one freedom you've lost since 1/20/2020 at noon because of Democrats. But thanks to republicans, women have lost the right to bodily autonomy nationally. FYI, I am very much a fiscal conservative....and exactly the demographic the GOP needs and historically has owned. And on the next ballot there are GOP candidates that will receive my vote, I will evaluate the person rather than their party (as I always have). I truly wish the GOP had provided a viable option for my consideration, but that is not the case. Trump is a candidate I would never consider, for all the reasons pretty much every reasonable person can see.
