I currently have Comcast/Xfinity as my Internet Provider. I have continually had off and on issues with Comcast such as frequent outages, slowed speeds and general unreliability. I work from home part time using a laptop to make telephone calls. My employer requires a minimum speed (50 download) (11upload) for optimum performance. Supposedly I'm getting High Speed Internet from Comcast. I'm paying for such) Obviously, Comcast does not provide me reliability on a consistent basis. Hence why I'm posting to see if anyone has had experience with other internet providers', particularly T-Mobile? If so, can you tell me pros and cons vs Comcast, if possible. I'm about fed up with Comcast and really am thinking of switching if there is a chance performance would be better. Thanks.
I really am happy with both. My comcast/xfinity gives great speed for all our TV's and systems. The T-Mobile is great for when I travel or go to the lake but we don't use hulu. I have both in the house primary as a main and a backup since I and my daughter use both for work and school. Problem we have is my wife will not let me cancel HULU (and yes she wears the pants but looks good in them When both are plugged in stupid hulu thinks we are using it at a different address which we never use hulu on the road. I think that is crap. They should be able to see the IP address. My issue is with HULU - THEY SUCK. I enjoy the espn+ for baseball though.
