You’re right, it’s not funny that @ETGator1 is consistently intentionally misstating the record. He jumped on the Bagram comment without even considering Walz has had a life outside of the military. He’s criticized Walz for speaking about being in the guard and being at Bagram within 51 seconds of each other but didn’t have the same criticism of the classroom comment which predated being deployed in the guard by 20 years, nor has he comprehended Walz specifically mentioning the intervening years between his guard service and Bagram. For those having trouble following, you know who you are, the video clip literally covered a 40 year time frame.

The dirt bag tied his congressional service to his military service and made it look like all military service in a space of 51 seconds, video was provided since you don't know shit about timeframes. Walz is a coward and a liar, perfect in the Non-Democratic Party.

Walz refused requests from the mayor to call in the national guard in the 2020 Minneapolis riots:

Tim Walz Mocked National Guard Troops As '19-Year-Old Cooks' When Refusing to Deploy Them in Minneapolis – RedState

A man so proud of his national guard service mocked the national guard he came from:

As Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and his police chief were frantically calling Governor Tim Walz in the summer of 2020 to save a besieged police precinct, Governor Tim Walz refused to send National Guard soldiers to help the beleaguered police officers. Later, in rationalizing and justifying his conscious decision to let riots metastasize, Walz said the Guard wasn't up to the task.

I don’t think the mayor knew what he was asking for. He wanted the National Guard, and what does that mean? I think the mayor said, 'I request the National Guard, whew, this is great. We’re going to have massively trained troops.' No, you’re going to have 19-year-olds who are cooks, in some cases.

He went on to say, "Putting a young troop with limited experience in the military with a loaded automatic weapon in the middle of a system with no one giving him direction -- they don’t have zip ties. They don’t have legal authority,"

That was on Wednesday, by the time Walz finally authorized the deployment of "19-year-old" cooks, the Minneapolis Third Precinct had been sacked, and the riots were widespread.

In case you don't understand sacked, Walz allowed the police station to be burned down by rioters.

More on Walz allowing the police station to be burned to the ground:

Here Are the Three Words Walz Said That Set Off Days of Mayhem in Minneapolis (townhall.com)

And let’s not forget the three Minneapolis police officers who testified that the Minnesota governor essentially allowed leftists to burn the MPD Third Precinct.

"I heard the Governor say, 'give it up,’” said Minneapolis Police Sergeant Anna Hedberg:

Those three words set off nearly two weeks of chaos, rioting, and vandalism.

Couldn't more perfectly encapsulate the hypocrisy of a Trump supporter if you tried. The guy you support lied about a medical issue to get out of any service (note: zero years is less than 24 years) and refused to accept the results of the last election going so far as trying to leverage his VP to refuse to certify the results and instead recognize fake electors.

I should have waited a few more minutes because it turns out you could be even more hypocritical. Remind me again what Trump did to stop our nation's capitol from being overrun while we were in the process of certifying our election results? The answer: watching it on TV while his family and staff begged him to take any sort of action.

As for Walz, you aren't going to like it, but that explanation makes a lot of sense. If you call in the guard without being prepared for that type of event you risk a significant escalation and bloodshed in an already tense situation.

LOL! Beto O'Rourke sees the handwriting on the wall with Walz so he is already putting himself in position to be called in as the White Knight who can win Texas.

Dems are always fantasizing about deep red Texas being purple. How has that worked out in the past?

Beto O'Rourke: 'Texas Could Possibly Be in Play' for Kamala Harris (breitbart.com)

Former Rep. Beto O’Rourke (D-TX) said Monday on MSNBC’s “Inside” that Vice President Kamala Harris could possibly win the state of Texas in November.

Host Jen Psaki said, “I want to ask you, you’ve seen a lot of presidential candidates run. Vice President Harris and Tim Walz are clearly creating a lot of excitement out there. Do you think this is enough? Is Texas a pipe dream or should people hold their hope out for Texas in 2024 or is it going to take a little longer?”

O’Rourke said, “The thing is you now see Democrats smiling. There is joy in our party. There’s electricity moving through the system. Yes places that I think were written off are now in contention.

    Two things:

    1) LOL! Breitbart.
    2) Where is there any type of indictment on Walz in that video or article I read and watched? Are you off your meds already this morning?

It ties in to my thought that Walz = Eagleton. O'Rourke is a possible replacement when the time comes.

Meds? Forgot to take them last night so took them this morning. Thanks for asking.

    Walz's actions as Minnesota Governor:

    1. Brought woketard issues into public schools, see the Tampon Tim thread.

    2. Minnesota is now 1 of 19 states to now allow illegal aliens to have state driver licenses. The kicker is the law does not allow the driver's license base to be accessed by the registered voter base. Walz is doing everything he can to ensure as many of Minnesota's 81,000 illegal aliens vote in Minnesota elections, local and federal.

    3. Allowed illegal aliens to access care through publicly subsidized Minnesota Care which is for low-income residents.

    4. Allowed illegal aliens access to in-state-tuition for low-income residents.

Walz has made Minnesota a sanctuary state. Extended benefits to illegal immigrants should be condemned for representing the radical far left minority in the nation.

These radical far left policies increase the tax burden on residents and impact future elections.

On the national level, Walz believes in amnesty for illegal aliens.

Walz activated the Guard within hours of the request being made.

Trump praised Walz's handling of the situation.

I watched the clip a couple times and saw a longer video of it. The start of the video was talking about his classroom in high school, then 20 years passed when he deployed to Italy, then he mentions the proceeding years and changes in our political system, then he talks about being at Bagram which was another 20 years (the proceeding years he mentioned). The only people trying to tie Bagram to his guard service are disingenuous partisan hacks with no moral compass.

Try to stay on topic although I agree that it's dangerous for one of the presidential candidates to be praising dictators.

Kevin O'Leary from ABC's Shark Tank on Tim Walz:

Kevin O'Leary Says Tim Walz Caused People to Flood Florida, Texas (msn.com)

Florida, South Dakota, and Texas thanks Walz for his new super tax.

Newsweek asked for a response from the Harris/Walz campaign, but did not receive a response which is typical as Harris hasn't had even one press conference in 24 days.

Kevin O'Leary, a star of the show Shark Tank on ABC, suggested that Democratic vice presidential candidate and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has instituted high taxes in his state that have led some people to leave the state.

In an interview with Fox News, O'Leary said that Minnesota's raising of taxes on residents who invest more than $1 million has led to some people moving to other parts of the country.

"The state tax there is 9.8 percent then Walz put on a super tax for people that are investing more than $1 million. So all of his retirees have moved out of the state, billions of dollars," he told Fox News.

O'Leary went on to claim that those retirees have decamped to places like Florida and Texas. Since the pandemic, these southern states have experienced an influx of migration from other parts of the country.
