I’m fine with that. Probably harder to prove. One difference is the X guy did a personal attack in defaming someone.

Remind me .. did the people who started and spread the pizza gate lie, the Michele Obama is a man lie, the Trump shooter was trans lie, the school kids shitting in litter boxes lie, the Obama wasn’t born in the USA lie, etc., etc., get prosecuted?

Reaping what you sow… at least this one is hilarious.

Where does a joke end and defamation begin? He actually tweeted it was a joke after it went viral. Not sure how he can be responsible for being funny. How about the dude that posted his cousin was on the Trump jury and decided already Trump was guilty? That was all over here like stink on a Trump fart and that was another poster who said he was joking.

I never sowed any of those other lies. You must be confusing me with someone else.

Vance is turning out to be a millstone around the neck of the GOP ticket. IMO odds are good that Trump will have to ditch him before November. He may end up like Desantis — loved by MAGA and then loved by nobody.

Matter of time one way or another. No one escapes that pack of jackals.

Still, probably good move for Vance. He’s a fraud and is dead-ending soon anyway. Might as well try to catch this poo train. He’ll never be able to fail up more than this.

It was an arrogance/narcissist pick. They did a joint interview the other day and they asked Trump why he picked Vance. Trump didn't mention anything about his qualifications or his political stances. Trump basically said he picked him because Vance used to hate him and now he likes him.

“It's still technically possible that Trump could choose a new No. 2. But such a decision would have to happen very soon.

The Democratic and Republican National Committees have separate rules governing how they fill vacancies of presidential or vice-presidential nominees. Under Rule 9, the Republican National Committee explains how it fills a vice-presidential vacancy "which may occur as the result of death, declination, or otherwise."

Could Trump replace JD Vance? Experts explain how it would work

If I was Vance, I would stay away from windows, balconies, and stairs. Trumps buddies have a favorite way of making their problems disappear, just ask Ivana.

There was a weird fellow named Vance
    Who somebody thought would enhance
    The GOP ticket
    What a sick sticky wicket
And Trump doesn't now stand a chance

Hmm, if he dumps Vance: Boebert, MTG, that nazi Miller, Alex Jones, or any of a number of ass kissers who will do his bidding.

You're getting snowed by MSNBC. Trump is not looking to replace Vance. In an interview with Megyn Kelly today, JD Vance doubled down on the childless comment. That would not have happened if Trump was even mildly upset about it.

If we prosecuted “lies” then Trump would be serving about a million years in Sing-Sing.

Does anyone take the couch thing seriously? Seems pretty obvious it’s parody and people running with some viral memes. I guess Vance could sue the originator for defamation, but that usually doesn’t go well for public figures. Quite different from when a public figure defames a private citizen, as we saw with the 2020 election bs against election workers or the infowars campaign of evil against Sandy Hook families. The latter of which I wish could have been made criminal considering the pain it put those people through, but sadly even that is the realm of civil court. If you think this deserves criminal prosecution relative to the more heinous harassment campaigns, then I’m sorry but that’s some seriously faulty thinking.

The couch seems ludy to me, but it’s gonna stick.

Better than slaughtering kids in pizza joints I guess.

D’s can’t even get this right. Not nearly emotionally traumatizing enough.

    R’s: ******* little kids!!!!
    D’s: furniture…..

Don't need that. It would appear your boy Vance might have a dolphin bestiality porn fetish. Waiting for the Christian right's reaction to this. Should be popcorn worthy.

JD Vance Pivots From Couch Lover to Dolphin Porn Enthusiast

WARNING: Apparently not suitable for JD Vance to watch:
