If Rashada received an offer from UM and then sought a better offer from UF, he effectively rejected the UM offer. By doing so, he forfeited any rights to the original offer. Therefore, if he accepts a new offer from UF and it falls through, he cannot claim entitlement to the original UM offer or its benefits.
