So you badly misstated that facts of the primary so now you are changing the subject?

Are you ever embarrassed about how often you are so demonstrably wrong?

Lol... see, this is how the Dems try and run us (Pubs) around about things that they already know.

One of the things that pushed me away from the Republican Party 20+ years ago was their recurring aversion to basic facts. Since that point it has gotten exponentially worse.

    Kamala was never Border Czar.

A jury of Trump's peers convicted him of 34 felonies. But they're the "corrupt" ones. Suuuuuuure.

Absurd. Next you will complain about her hair, makeup, fake tan, and numerous spouses? Or something else that you have literally....MADE UP.

    1. She wasn't "border czar", the US border has never been "secure", and the Biden Administration did basically everything Trump did wrt illegal immigration. Including support a comprehensive bipartisan bill....that Trump insisted not get passed.

    2. A Trump supporter is complaining about....ANYONE lying? About ANYTHING? Just stop. You're just being silly.

    3. Stop lying about Trump's crimes, court cases and criminality. That's all. People like you can choose to gaslight and lie about it, but you'll deserve no discourse, nor any respect. Just to be told to stop lying.

That addresses your main points. But also; unlike Trump, KH is not a convicted felon, criminal traitor. That also counts for a lot.

No, she was polling better than that.

Her campaign made a couple of tactical mistakes and ran into a multi-campaign issue in 2020. She decided to dump resources into Iowa and never gained a position in the state compared to Sanders and the two Midwestern candidates, who largely split the Anti-Sanders vote in the state.

Her initial plan has been to do what Biden did, win South Carolina, but she struggled to convince institutional support that voters would vote for a woman 4 years after Clinton.

Second, like many are doing today she didn't fully understand the nature of the Democratic race in 2020. About 60-70% of the Democratic Primary voters didn't really care who won: they just wanted somebody who's could beat Trump. The rest were largely the Sanders people. The entire race was basically for figuring out who had the highest probability of beating Trump and uniting around them to keep Sanders (who that 60-70% didn't think would beat Trump) out of the nomination. Harris ran into a big problem: convincing the constituency that she needed, black institutional support in South Carolina, that America was ready to vote for a woman 4 years after they didn't and that they would vote for a black woman in particular. They liked her, but that seemed risky. So they held their powder dry until the coalesced around Biden and essentially ended the campaign. Klobuchar, Booker, Buttigieg, and Warren ran into similar issues. Essentially demographic risks that the party didn't feel like taking.

The one big complaint with her campaign is that her comms people were amateurs. Hopefully, Obama's comms people are put in charge of her comms.

I heard on the radio that the super delegates do not vote on the first ballot at the DNC. Is that a rule change from 2016?

While she technically never had the title of Border Czar, according to this AP story she had multiple responsibilities.
Biden taps VP Harris to lead response to border challenges

    From the article:
President Joe Biden has tapped Vice President Kamala Harris to lead the White House effort to tackle the migration challenge at the U.S. southern border and work with Central American nations to address root causes of the problem.

Yes, she was to work on diplomatic solutions with Central American nations to try and address the root causes of migration.

Gator Lawyer, come on you don’t really think that was a jury of Trumps peers do you? Since when does an alledged payment to a porn star get you 34 felony charges? Because you described it as a legal fee? Let’s hang the former President in the village square for gods sake!
And the charge that Trump overstated his assets on bank loans? The banks didn’t think so. They got repaid with interest. No crime no foul. Do you agree Trump should have been fined half a billion dollars for this?
And the top secret documents case. That was dropped last week. And you know that in your heart of hearts these other cases will be overturned upon appeal. The weaponization of the Justice department was one of the saddest events in the history of this country. Unfortunately too many intelligent people can’t see it or won’t admit that it occurred.

I do think that was a jury of Trump's peers. Don't commit a crime in New York City if you don't want New Yorkers sitting on your jury. And the problem wasn't the payment. The problem was engaging in fraud to cover it up.
That's really not how it works, dude. If I take money that I recover for a client, use it for personal expenses, and then later replace it in the account with interest, I can lose my bar license if I get caught.
LOL. That case was not dropped. A "judge" Trump put on the bench tossed it out on a technicality, and the government is appealing.

P.S. The New York case convicting him of 34 felonies was not brought by the Justice Department. And the "weaponized" Justice Department has also prosecuted Biden's son, Bob Menendez, and Henry Cuellar. But hey, I'm sure they all deserve it. It's only Donald Trump being persecuted for the horrible crime of . . . committing crimes.

Tell us you know nothing about the judicial system without telling us you know nothing about the judicial system.

Thought about rebutting your post point by point, but why bother. You either insulate your brain from actual facts, or just deliberately state things that are untrue. In either case, you're unworthy of actual discourse.

If you want to actually know anything, though, start by learning about the jury selectin process, which convicted felon Trump's attorneys participated in.

Oh, really dig the part about hanging too. Nice touch.

I’m not going to read through 14 pages of this but to answer the question posed in the thread title:

I think she’s a moron and I base that on watching the many videos of her talking complete and utter nonsense. What can be, unburdened by what has been. What the hell does that even mean?

Gatorjo, it’s pretty obvious to me and I think it is to you that we are both set in our beliefs and don’t plan to change them in this lifetime. So I’m going to respect your view and hope that we can go forward as friends and Gator fans!

    Definitely!

I am also hoping that you are able to add more actual facts to your beliefs!

That would be awesome and would improve chances to find common ground with people, because nobody (that you would want to) will agree with you when you just tell them falsehoods, such as about the 90+ felonies Trump was charged with, and the 34 he was convicted of....with possibly more, pending actions of corrupt judges that HE appointed preventing him from going to trial.

    Cheers!!

Not going to try and respond to your points one by one but your response to Trumps overstating his assets on loans has me scratching my head. You say that if I recover money for my client use it for my own personal gain before returning it with interest I will lose my bar license. What in the hell does that have to do with Trump getting a bank loan and paying it back with interest? Did who cut and paste the wrong answer?

Glad you brought up Hunter Bidens prosecution. You know the laptop that Joe Biden lied about at the 2020 debate, the laptop that the FBI informed social media of before the 2020 election saying it was Russian disinformation and the laptop that 51 so called intelligence experts lied about claiming Russian disinformation? Yes, the same laptop that was used to prosecute Hunter a couple months ago. What a bunch of lying SOB’s.

So you don’t like the judge who dropped the documents case against Trump but you have no problem with the far left judges who sat in judgement of Trump in the first two cases I mentioned? One of those judges daughters was a fundraiser for Biden. But you’re good with that.

Look man, respond one more time if you like. You can have the final word. I think we’re wasting our time to be honest. At least we both love our Florida Gators. That’s good enough for me. Football season just around the corner, see you on those forums!

Something I can’t unread “this was not a jury of his peers”, I mean his “peers” also had their own cases or serving time. He violated NY state law end of story. He didn’t want to be convicted um I dunno do less crimin’. What next, Bernie Madoff did not have a jury of his peers too. I feel the same about dems who break the law. I have no time for criminality in government.

You tried to make a no harm, no foul claim. When Trump intentionally lied about his assets, he broke the law. The fact that he repaid the loan does not change him breaking the law. That's the point of the analogy. It's better if you make it right, but that doesn't mean you are in the free and clear.
I don't respect Aileen Cannon, but let's be clear, Merchan let the jury decide the case. Cannon didn't. You are taking issue with a jury verdict.

Like Biden's obvious mental decline... dating back to before he even ran for president? I know many on the Left knew about it, yet they hid it and lied about Biden's fitness to hold the office of the presidency.

And how did that work out? Everyone knew what the root causes were but we needed solutions which Harris never provided. I think she made a couple token trips to Guatemala and Mexico before she just seemed to disappear as Biden basically ignored the problem altogether.

The handling of the border was a complete cluster of which Biden and Harris are both to blame.
