You mean like Donald Trump, after Joe Biden was sworn in as our President. Trump was no longer president and therefore did NOT have immunity when he committed all those crimes related to classified documents.

Not by the ruling of the court, pretty sure if it ties in any way when they were president, they will have some immunity, how much I don't know. But I truly believe Trump should have all charges dropped from all of these political witch hunts

The SCOTUS ruled immunity is tied to official acts. OK, legal genius, please explain what official acts as POTUS Trump was doing, March 2021, when the National Achives first discovered missing boxes? What official Presidential Act covers Trump lying about said boxes on an affidavit in June, 2021? Or ordering Nauruta to move the boxes to Bedminster?

And of course you believe all charges should be dropped against Trump. In Trump world, he's to be worshipped and never does anything wrong, and should never ever be blamed for anything.

Whatever is the level of immunity given to a president during his term, one would assume it does not extend at all past his term.

And perhaps all of these cases should be dismissed, but this would need to be done via the official process, rather than at the behest of Trump supporters. And it was the opinion of
Jonathan Turley in the video you linked that this special documents case is legitimate. Indeed, it is hard for me to imagine that it is in any way legal to keep classified documents in a non-secure facility and lie to the government about it to cover it up. This is no indictment of you or any of Trump’s policies. It just seems pretty clear that this was beyond Trump’s rights.

Not at all. You made the claim and can’t back your assertion. All you have is hatred of the other side and won’t even contemplate that a true conservative did his best to take down Trump so you want to pin it on a group of people you despise.

At this point that’s exactly the likely scenario your imagination notwithstanding. Evidence to support your claim is needed. Evidence does not consist of “what else could it be”.
