I'll take the L on that way of thinking but my post is very coherent. Imagine asking to lead people you don't trust. Guess that's leaders in modern times.

I agree, but if the guy pointed his rifle at him, the officer probably didn't have a chance. It's still too early to sort all of these reports out, but that one I've seen multiple times. It made the gunman have to hurriedly shoot at Trump.

Haven't done any research but I sincerely hope she's fired and replaced with someone who knows how to run a security detail, whether it's my 55 year old white male neighbor or a 27 year old Afghani female trans person. Just be good at the job.

    Kimberly should resign on principle.

I’d guess that would depend upon your natural aptitude. Some of us are better at things than others.

Hahaha wow just read some of the quotes from his classmates. Sounds like he couldn’t hit the broadside of a barn. Definitely seems to have had a legitimate interest in firearms between trying out for the rifle team (this is a thing at public high schools? - I’ve literally never heard of this) and had on the YouTube gun nut channel shirt. Thankfully despite his interest in guns he was terrible at using them.

So I envision this the cop approaches, the shooter turns and aims at the cop who withdraws? Then the shooter turns his attention back to Trump lines up the shot and shoots, seems like when he turned back that’s when the cop had time to take him. I can’t imagine this kid rolling back over setting up and firing super fast.

Nobody said one word about the color of someone’s skin so drop your racial inclination.
Sadly for some there are some jobs that men have decided physical advantage over women for.
Is being a SS agent one of them, that’s the question.

Agreed. But as with anything. It takes time no matter what if one is new to something. At this point I am assuming the kid did not spend much time shooting. But certainly we do not know. The gun was not his. He is only 20. But we may find the family has 30 guns for all we know. He may have been shooting since he was a young boy. Just trying to understand the whole.

someone experienced at weapons manipulation and positional shooting? Yeah you could get from prone to aiming behind you relatively quickly. Roll 180 with both hands on the gun and bring it down from over your head between your knees.

That said, most without training would probably freeze or try to get up.

Some people just dont have the temperment. I was a GM in the Navy and all we did was go on gun shoots if we weren't moving torpedoes from one mag to another. We qualified people for their gun watches. The amount of people I had to kick off my line and fail to qualify them to handle a gun was unreal. Some people are very shaky and simply cant hit the broad side of a barn. Our Gunboss was comically bad too but no one said anything to him.

Yeah, that's why it's still too early to say. Not sure how close the officer was. Like on the ground shouting at him but couldn't actually get a shot at him because of the slope of the roof? Or up the ladder and went back down after the gun was flashed at him? Would give the shooter enough time to set up and quickly shoot if the officer had to go back up a tall ladder. Not sure.
