    Last time he was a pinch runner it worked out well but I could have scored from second on the Robertson double.

    They don't have a lot of scholarships but they do have a lot of roster slots. Sometimes you take somebody and hope for the best. Guy does have some speed but I am looking for another tool.

    Kyle Jones, OF from Stetson could be our next transfer it appears. Again, could be.....

    Freshman season batted .355 with 23 SB's. Low K totals. 6'3 170 from Athens, GA

    It will be interesting over the next few weeks to see which of our guys declares for the MLB draft, who hits the transfer portal, who else we pick up from the portal and how many of our high school signees actually end up on campus. I hope Shelton & Heyman stay.

    Kyle Jones: Kyle Jones Amateur & College Leagues Statistics | Baseball-Reference.com -- .355/.460/.476. Just 1 sac bunt, which is kinda odd, but Stetson only had 11 as a team and he gets on base a lot. He was among 6 finalists for the 3 ABCA/Rawlings Gold Gloves at OF -- didn't win though. On the roster of North Shore on the Cape for summer ball, but hasn't played.
