For the record I think Meyer is quite deserving of the HOF which was the point of the thread.

Whenever the national media exposes corruption going on in certain areas of society, people call them fake news. So why should they even waste time attempting to expose a college football program like UGA lol

 

And it’s timing. Meyer came when other sec were down. I think Saban’s ascendance was a major cause of his spasms.

 

To be fair, neither Georgia nor Tennessee nor Bama were powerhouses when SOS took the wheel in Gainesville either

 

When Meyer came in, Georgia And Bama were good, not great, but good. Tennessee was circling the bowl. LSU was excellent. FSU sucked under those great Jeff Bowden offenses.

When Spurrier came in, Tennessee was excellent, Bama was good and getting great, Georgia was circling the bowl under Goof. LSU was down. FSU was perennial Top 5.

 

Because unlike national medias bias towards D=Good, R=Bad, everyone outside of Athens who is not a UGA fan can smell the stench of what’s going on the football complex up there. But as I’ve already said, the national media will not lift their collective faces off of Kirby’s crotch long enough to write anything.

PS. I should have added that the national media also considers I=Good, but only when I approximates D.

 

Nah I’d prefer the media not waste their time toiling with exposing college football programs and focus on exposing more important stuff that affects all Americans, thanks.

I know ESPN won't do anything especially now that they have the SEC contract.i'm looking at Fox sports Yahoo sports or anyone with the guts to expose Kirby and his operation.

 

We've been dealing with this for over 40 years back to Pell and Hall. People only love to crap on us for our misdeeds and don't care about anyone else. All the stuff with Jalen Carter and all the other bad drivers is already public record and don't even need to be "exposed". People just don't care. Everyone else can be dirty but us.
