Would a Trump DOJ prosecute Biden for treason?

To which enemy of the US to Biden betray the country? Just asking. Although he is not technically guilty of treason with his ass kissing of Putin Trump comes much closer than Biden.

I would add that although he wouldn't prosecute Biden for treason there is a better than fifty-fifty chance that Trump will order his Attorney General to prosecute Biden under some pretext and unlike Jeff Sessions or Bill Barr neither of which is a sterling example of ethics both of whom still had the balls to refuse Trump's request to prosecute Hillary Clinton. Trump's next AG if he is elected will be totally subservient to the Dear Leader and if Trump wants Biden or any other Democrat prosecuted the AG in a second Trump administration wouldn't hesitate to comply with the wishes of the Dear Leader.

 

Well, the GOP has been trying really hard with Biden but so far all they can find is trumped up gun charges on his son.

Can you please elaborate? Because I haven't seen a single crime Joe Biden has been indicted for yet. Let alone convicted.

Treason by definition is betraying one's country (in this case the US) to an adversary. If you think Biden committed treason please provide the facts.

 

That would be interesting, but I honestly don't think that will happen.

Prosecuting sitting public officials like the President while they are running for office or leaving office is in the category of "things we generally shouldn't do," not things "we cannot do."

 

Once Trump is executed in public and junior is jailed for pedo/drug trafficking I think it is fair for the MTGers to spend another 10 years trying to find an erroneous line on one of Biden’s tax returns.
