I am on record as being against any sort of retribution or retaliation by the new Trump administration, but as time goes on, I see a need arising to exact justice on this fossil and con artist currently in the White House. I think if Trump decides to go after him, he won’t skimp. It’ll be treason charges. And due to the severity of Creepy Joe’s crimes, he must receive the full sentence for that crime.

It's not going to happen. If Trump wins the immunity case before the SCOTUS, then it would be impossible.

Can we please stop at the treason stuff? Neither Trump nor Biden has committed treason.

I’m not sure that would cover treason, would it?

What has Biden done that could be considered treason?

Not a Biden fan boy by any means…. But this poll/thread is just ridiculous. Like a little kid asking dumb questions to get attention.
    Congrats… I clicked on it.

It’s only because I have blocked several other posters that I am unable to determine whether your posts are the most worthless and ridiculous posts that we have had on this message board in many years, but they are clearly in the running.

I think that Trump’s actions leading up to January 6 and thereafter could reasonably be considered treasonous.

Seditious, maybe. The constitution gives a very narrow definition of what constitutes treason. Probably because under English law, the founding fathers were all considered traitors.

This article discusses the differences among sedition, insurrection, and treason.

In my legal opinion, Biden is guilty of treason.

From the article I posted previously:

“The Constitution, in Article III, is quite clear on what treason involves. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

The use of the word “only” is significant. The framers intended that the charge of treason would not be expanded to become a political weapon.

Aid and Comfort to Enemy — such as providing money to a belligerent nation or assistance to enemy soldier — can only be committed during time of war. Even then, a citizen is allowed aid or comfort the enemy without it being considered treason. Unless it can be proved the citizen was adhering to the enemy, there is no treason. And an enemy can only be a nation or organization with which the U.S. is in an open or declared war (Russia, therefore, does not qualify).

The overt act of treason must show criminal intent and support the accomplishment of a crime. The Constitution requires both concrete action and intent to betray the nation for a conviction of treason. Thoughts and intentions alone aren’t sufficient.”

Can you please show us how Biden has satisfied those conditions?

I think that Treason would be a ridiculous charge.

One thing that I would love to see going forward would be that every House, Senate, and President, AND their families get the same level of investigation and audit that Trump has received since 2016. I realize that would end up in 95% removal from office because that’s how many are corrupt, but so be it

If SCOTUS rules that presidents have full immunity with respect to actions while in office, what are the odds that Biden even allows Trump to take office?
