Pretty frustrating and sad

 

Coaching staff made the decision to rework her mechanics not her. I fully expect her to be an invaluable addition to the pitching staff going forward, this season or next.

 

Imagine he did try, things didn’t work out, want something to blame, blame NIL and how bad at NIL UF is across all sports.

This is irrelevant. UF has the TOP FIVE hitters in the SEC, not to mention THREE young aces, two of which are generational players. We've simply hit a skid, but we'll find our way out of it.

 

I try to always be positive but tonight one word comes to mind…embarrassing. FSU earned nothing we gave them everything…That said this isn’t the end of the season. This very talented, very young squad has already proven their tenacity and fight. I don’t believe in absolutes, it’s sorta my thing, but I absolutely know in my heart these Lady Gators are not going to stop fighting! Giving up isn’t in their DNA.

 

P.S. This must be rock bottom. The good thing about rock bottom is there’s only one way to go now. Up

I’m confused. If you took my response to someone else’s post as negativity towards this team on my part then you don’t know me. Nor read any of my previous posts I’d imagine. Many probably find my upbeat positivity and absolute love and enthusiasm for Gator softball annoying. If we are misinterpreting each other by all means DM me and we’ll figure it out. I love these ladies, you love these ladies. We’re on the same side.

I’m still trying to figure out where and when I said this team is talentless? I’ve repeatedly compared this team to the 2013 squad which like this team is overachieving to a tremendous degree whilst full of so much youth. I still believe they can go to OKC but they can’t play like tonight again. The future is so bright for Gator Softball. I just want the seniors that have held the fort during arguably dark times to get a little something in OKC.

 

I've always considered myself top of the "Sunshine Pumpers Club," where the glass is always half full and CTW can do no wrong. But I gotta tip my hat to orangeblue77 -- I think you have surpassed me as most positive fan! Go Gators!

I am interested in this “Sunshine Pumpers Club “ but only on one condition. I must be allowed to wear orange and blue tinted glasses at all times to the end of time.

 

I just looked, Kistler had only made 2 errors in her 4 years in Gainesville....makes 2 in back to back chances. Crazy

 

Absolutely a compliment. Some poster years ago tried to insult me by saying, "You are just pumping sunshine." I took it as a badge of honor.

Now you and I just need to get everyone else to drink the Kool-Aid!

 

My kid came with me to the game tonight and when we saw Kistler in the lineup, we talked about how great it was that she worked her way back to starter after a brief stay on the bench. Hopefully, CTW takes tonight as the one-off that it is.
