Need to give Ukraine about 10K cluster munitions. Special ordinance for a special operation.

Perhaps you can list all the ways in which the invader (Russia) qualifies as the good guy.

    What are you talking about?!

Russia invaded Ukraine because Ukraine is nazis who were intent on first invading Russia, then taking over the world!!

(at least that's what MTG and the Trumppublican Russian stooges tell me. So it must be true.)

Khadafi was living large? Whenever he traveled, he lived in a tent.

I’m not particularly sure what you mean here. All I was trying to say was a person with a hedonistic lust for life such as Putin is not going to risk nuclear war until his neck is absolutely on the line. And his neck would not be on the line in Ukraine.

Perhaps you can point to where I ever painted them as "the good guys".

Better said than what I posted. It seems that totalitarian regimes make boisterous scary threats and it moves our demands to give something up to get them to say they won’t commit suicide. It is a tactic of the insane.

I'll elaborate on my prior post:

"the enemy of my enemy is not necessarily my friend".

...but the animosity can be useful.

e.g.-- In WW II, Russia was Germany's enemy. We found them useful as such. We helped them out.

Didn't make us friends with the commies.

...just a matter of priority at the time.

Today, Russia is pretty far down the depth chart of threats to us.

Chicoms, terrorists, Hamas, our national debt, progressivism, fenty, drug cartels, institutional integrity, corruption, sex trafficking...surely others still, represent a far greater threat to us, than your Russian boogeyman.

That doesn't make me a Putin fanboi.

George is an old school republican that was often the "voice" of the GOP.
I was heartened by his excoriating Trumpism and the hijacking of the GOP.

He, like many other "sane" Republicans have gotten lost in the quicksand of trumpism, maga and the fools that have taken over the party.

Again, I point out that you accurately assess the PRC as the greatest threat. Why do you think the PRC is so invested in a Russian victory in Ukraine? It’s not a trick question.
