Have to win the series, and have given Game 1 away.

 

I hate seeing players constantly called out when there's more than that 1 player(s) contributing to a loss

 

Watching baseball who is also losing, so haven't watched this game, but agree with you.

 

The freshman pitchers have hit a wall I’m afraid …. Not looking good (hitting either )

 

I hear you..however the pitching hasn't been stellar lately...walking in runs the last 2 games has not helped..each loss a poor inning

Maybe. But other than 1 week, Williams has been a non-factor at the plate. Now the very poor offense has carried onto the field at 2B.

 

Actually a few others haven't had great at bats

So Mizzou had 6 runs on only 3 hits. Wow, talk about gifting a game.

 

Middle of sec play. If we're gonna stumble some nows the time. Right the ship in May. Wish walton would have made the hook before the single. Rothrock had lost it.

On the bright side... Tennessee getting smacked by miss state.

 

Someone on the Gator Fans Softball FB page asked why Williams continues to be in the starting lineup. Another responded, “Because Mommy and Daddy went to Florida.” I’m sure that’s not the case at all. However, I do feel he should give someone on the bench a crack at it. Who knows, something successful may happen? You won’t know until you try.

I suggested coach TW switch up the lineup during the Miss State weekend's series when #11 was hitting .180, but was pretty much told that she just needs time and that she's great in the field. She's now down to .160 with a 35% K rate. If you're average is that bad at this point in the season, you better be Hannah Adams-esque in the field which I think we can agree she isn't. I just don't understand why you don't play Walsh at 2B and DH Goddard/ McClellan as they're both hitting above .300.
